The built environment around us is empty without people to populate, energize and make vital these empty spaces of concrete, steel, stone and wood. We continually strive to design places where people want to be. We do not strive to build strong self expressive personal statements at our client’s expense. The diversity of our projects is truly a reflection of our ability to weave unique solutions into each project’s individual context. Our commissions are public and private in context, large and small in size, local and international in scope. Through these varied experiences we are constantly striving to bring civic responsibility and corporate financial growth together in a synergistic approach.

Our projects are devoted to creating an excellent product through a site specific design approach. We strive for authentic and originally conceived design solutions rather than being fashionably reactive. We strongly believe that architecture should enhance and ultimately contribute to the existing urban fabric. Sustainable Design

We are commited to integrating sustainable concepts into our designs. We are building a strong staff who are U.S. Green Building Council Leed Accredited Pofessionals. Over half of our projects are pursuing LEED certification or employ LEED techniques in some form.
